Overview

Forge is Collider’s proprietary platform for converging media, social interaction, and commerce into one integrated product experience.

The goal was to create infrastructure that can support content discovery, community engagement, creator-led storefronts, and commercial transactions without forcing users across fragmented tools.

Collider built the platform and the business behind it in full — two practices working in parallel from day one.

The Business Practice

Collider built the entire commercial foundation beneath Forge from the ground up. That meant defining the business model and revenue architecture — creator economics, commercial tiers, and platform monetization logic — alongside the corporate and investment structure required to bring outside partners and capital in.

Collider developed granular financial models and a go-to-market strategy that positions Forge for both near-term traction and long-term licensing scale.

The business practice continues to manage all partnership agreements, licensing negotiations, and commercial relationships on Forge’s behalf.

The Technology Practice

Collider developed a modular product architecture, a flexible design system, and a full technical build that balances launch requirements with long-term extensibility.

The platform was structured so new commerce models, media formats, and community mechanics can be introduced without rebuilding the core experience. Market analysis, feature prioritization, UX architecture, brand direction, and iterative product development moved together throughout — all built entirely in-house.

Where the Practices Meet

Forge is what happens when product architecture and business architecture are designed as one system. The modular technical foundation was built to support the commercial model, and the commercial model was designed around what the platform could structurally support.

Neither could have been built in isolation — and neither was. Collider’s business and technology teams worked as a single integrated unit, which is why Forge is ready for licensing, partnership, and scale simultaneously.
