Overview

Odion is Collider's proprietary agentic AI platform for conversational commerce and customer operations โ€” built to help businesses automate high-volume conversations, qualify intent, and connect AI-assisted interactions directly to commercial workflows.

Getting there required more than engineering. It required building the commercial infrastructure, the investment architecture, and the go-to-market foundation at the same pace as the technology itself.

The Business Practice

Collider built Odion's full commercial foundation โ€” revenue model, pricing architecture, and packaging logic for enterprise and licensing deployment across industry verticals.

The business practice developed the corporate and investment structure, constructed granular financial models, and designed the GTM strategy that positions Odion as an operational platform rather than an experimental AI product.

Collider manages all of Odion's partnership negotiations, licensing agreements, and commercial relationships on an ongoing basis, ensuring the platform's business infrastructure scales alongside its technical capabilities.

The Technology Practice

Collider designed Odion around configurable agent behavior, workflow triggers, clear escalation paths, and commerce-aware conversation states.

The work combined product strategy, AI workflow design, interface design, and platform engineering โ€” with a deliberate focus on reliability, transparency, and operational adoption over novelty. The team mapped the operational moments where automation creates real leverage, then built human-readable workflows and clear handoff points for teams that still need oversight.

Built entirely in-house by Collider.

Where the Practices Meet

An agentic AI platform without a commercial model is a proof of concept. A commercial model without a platform that can actually perform in enterprise environments is a pitch deck.

Collider built both simultaneously โ€” the agent configuration logic was designed to support the licensing tiers, the escalation architecture was built to meet the compliance and brand requirements of the commercial partners already in the pipeline, and the pricing structure was informed directly by what the platform could deliver.

The result is an AI product that is operational, commercializable, and ready to scale โ€” because the business and technology were never treated as separate problems.
